Order Placement

You allow the experts to make the order as the order forms are filled, and the website has the right to re-evaluate the information in the form. Payment is made after the final order is accepted by both parties, and the customer's requirements are met. 

Each order confirms the number of words; pages may vary in number, but the word count will be matched.

In general, the following deadlines for general orders are in place:

• For orders due within 12-24 hours, the customer must provide the sources within 30 minutes of the order.
• For Orders due within 24-72 hours, within one hour;
• For Orders with a 72 or more hours deadline, sources must be received a day before.

Extra payment will be charged if the support material is not provided by the customer. If demands are increased, the price will also increase for the order. Our customer is highly encouraged to talk with the Expert using the support team. By placing an Order on the Website, the Customer knows that the expert might reply a few hours later. 

Our Customers can track the progress of the Order by using their account. If the customer needs a special expert, they should know that the company cannot guarantee that that expert will be available, but another expert will be assigned to them during the process. 

Order Payment and Discounts

You pay for the agreed service, and the website processes your order. If you place your order with a card, your last 4 digits are stored to create transaction proof. The website is responsible for protecting customers' data. 

The service fee is non-refundable except when the order evaluation is zero percent.

The order will not be made and processed until the payment is fully completed. 

The website provides equal opportunity to discount information for each Customer with no exceptions for anyone. If the Customer wishes to stop working with Us, a refund will be processed according to the refund policy. Pricing for the orders is subject to change as per website policy. Those changes will be made without any notice but will be visible on the website page. Our website may add new services for additional charges. 

Price increases will only be applied to orders placed after changes. Additional fees may apply during the transaction due to bank or server charges. 

Third-party Payment Processors

Our website uses many third-party payment services. These partners have their payment policies and charges. We never store your card information except for the last 4 digits of the transaction record and full name. This is too only stored for a slight duration for our processing. You agree that:

• You are providing factual information about the card and your details to us.
• You understand the payment processes. 
• you will pay any charges that are required for your order.
• You will not allow anyone else to use your account. 
• You will report any unauthorized card use to us. 

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any data leaks of your card, and no loss is ours to bear. 

Order Delivery

The company is responsible for delivering any order on time and concerning the deadline. The customer has a responsibility to ensure that they require a delivery channel and they have no negligence from their side. The customer will download the provided order and will check correctly if the desired results are being delivered. If not. Then, the customer will apply for the refund policy. Once the order is completed, an email will be sent to the customer for the delivery. If the order is not as per the standards, a revision of the order can be done. Customers must pay separate charges to get any editing or revision done. If the order is placed correctly and meets all the requirements, the order will be revised free of cost. 

Company's Responsibility
